Description
To start, we will work on assessment and show you how to dissect information quickly from a well laid out movement and joint screen. From there, we will go over a wide array of techniques to help improve ROM and manage pain for the Lower Extremity. From table based joint mobilizations and soft tissue work to more dynamic, active based mobilizations....there are so many gems that you are bound to see something that will greatly benefit your practice! The online courses won't go over a ton of specific exercise content, but there is an overview on how to apply assessment knowledge and connect it to create a focussed exercise prescription plan. If you want to improve your clinical skills, let's get started!

I have been a Physiotherapist for over a decade practicing in Vancouver, Canada. Before becoming a Physiotherapist I was a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which laid an amazing foundation for my career as Rehab Pro. I could not recommend becoming well versed in S&C to any young rehab pro enough, to me it is the foundation of what we do. Early in my rehab career I spent a lot of time developing strong manual therapy skills which I found extremely helpful to manage pain and restore range of motion in my clients. With strong backgrounds in both exercise prescription and manual therapy I wanted to create an educational platform to help connect the dots between the two as I know it can be a confusing world out there for Rehab Pros to navigate.
At the end of the day movement is medicine. Exercise prescription is our gold standard in treatment. However, Manual Therapy is what I describe as "micro-movement education". How can we take assessment findings, implement effective treatments to manage pain and restore joint function and then follow it up with very impactful and direct exercise prescription work. This is the golden ticket and one of the main goals of my courses, workshops and memberships.
