Refund policy

Our official cancellation policy is 30 days prior to the start of an in-person course for a full refund (minus the $50 processing fee). There are some exceptions, but that is our general guideline to allow time to fill the empty seat.

For online courses, there will be no refunds after the first hour of content has been completed. 

Please note: the processing fee covers the transaction costs which are not returned to us when we process a refund.
